Join me for a nourishing evening of sound healing and community connection at The Wellness Den in Manhattan Beach. This intimate session is designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect with yourself at the end of the weekend, preparing your mind and heart for the week ahead.
We’ll gather in a cozy indoor studio space where you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Allow the vibrations to soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you into a place of inner stillness and clarity.
After the sound healing, we’ll take a few moments for gentle integration and grounding so you can leave feeling centered, refreshed, and aligned. Details
