Meet Your Mentor...
I’m Carolina Balboa, a healer, mentor, and space-holder devoted to supporting practitioners in stepping into their work with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
Over the years, I’ve guided people through sound healing journeys, ceremonies, trainings, retreats, and private sessions - and one truth continues to surface: the transition from learning a modality to truly embodying it as a practitioner is one of the most important and most unsupported phases of the path.
My mentorship is rooted in lived experience. I understand both the beauty and the challenges of this work - from underpricing and over-giving, to self-doubt and lack of structure - and I support healers in integrating their gifts into sustainable, real-life offerings.
Through mentorship, I help practitioners clarify their offerings, build healthy boundaries, develop confidence around pricing and visibility, and learn how to hold space for others without abandoning themselves.
This work isn’t about following a formula or becoming someone else. It’s about embodying your role as a practitioner, grounded in your values, rhythm, and nervous system - with the support of someone who has walked the path before you.
