What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
In Japanese, the general meaning of the word “rei” is universal. The word “ki” refers to a non-physical energy that animates all living things and is also often called “life force energy”. The combination of these two words is what defines Reiki as universal life-force energy.
