As the sun begins to set, you’ll be guided into a sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls, drum, and other healing instruments. The vibrations and frequencies invite the body and mind into deep relaxation, helping quiet mental chatter, release tension, and create space for rest, reflection, and inner connection.
