This intimate gathering is designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect with yourself at the end of the week - preparing your mind, body, and heart for a grounded and intentional weekend.
We’ll begin by sharing a sacred cacao ceremony, relating with this ancient medicine through gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful teacher, supporting us in reconnecting with our own hearts, tending to our relationships, and walking through life with purpose and clarity.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Allow the vibrations to soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you into a space of inner stillness, harmony, and openness.
We’ll close with a few moments of grounding and gentle integration so you can leave feeling centered, refreshed, and aligned.
